Senior stretch & Strengthen - Level Two (45 min)

Enjoy a few moments of personal pleasure with this gentle but challenging class.   Every pose has been analyzed based on the risk-benefit relationship and is taught with modifications based on an individual's abilities. Each class contains tidbits of yoga wisdom and meditation to help align the body, mind, and spirit.  This is a great class for beginners or as a complement to other forms of aggressive exercise.  You will leave feeling stronger, stretched and relaxed.

Start your day exercising the organs of your body!  It doesn't really matter what the exterior of your body looks like if your interior organs are sluggish and untoned.  This 20 minutes virtual class exercises your entire digestive and respiratory systems and then calms the mind to encourage focus and a positive attitude.  This class is done online.  Each person is required to download the Zoom App and log into our morning meeting. You will need a camera and wifi capabilities. 

This is not your typical on-line studio.  We utilize software with two-way video and audio communication.  Every student can feel confident that their posture is being evaluated to keep themselves safe.  This is an interactive class between both students and instructors.  We will be able to enjoy each other's company without sharing the germs!

Senior stretch & Strengthen - Level one (30 min)

Senior Stretch & Strengthen - Level Two is the next level of senior fitness and may ask that the participant be confident in getting on the floor for a period of time.  The intention of the pose sequences will remain the same:  "Keep your body moving and your mind strong.  With regular attendance the participant will gain mobility, strength, and stability in their body.   A light-hearted conversation will set you up for a bright and healthy day.

Take your Alignment Yoga & Mindful Strength class to the next level.  Participants should know the fundamentals of breath, alignment, and restraint in the basic Alignment Yoga poses.  This class will begin to add more strength, and flexibility to the practice.  Every pose has been analyzed based on the risk-benefit relationship and is taught with modifications based on an individual's abilities. Each class contains tidbits of yoga wisdom and meditation to help align the body, mind, and spirit.  This is a great class for beginners or as a complement to other forms of aggressive exercise.  You will leave feeling stronger, stretched and relaxed.
